Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms carry specific meanings wherever they appear in this Agreement. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the clauses that follow clearly and accurately.

Where context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. References to "including" or "includes" are non-exhaustive unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to luckdb and participation in any real-money activity on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out below. Failure to meet any criterion is grounds for account closure.

To register and maintain an active account on luckdb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. luckdb enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds returned to the deposit source.
• Capacity: You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• Single Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another luckdb account that was closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Registration of a second account to circumvent a ban or self-exclusion is a serious violation of this Agreement.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. luckdb may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
• No Conflict of Interest: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of luckdb or any of its software, payment, or service providers. Such individuals are prohibited from holding player accounts.

luckdb uses both automated and manual KYC checks to verify player eligibility. You may be asked at any time to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account restrictions.

Account Registration & Verification

Creating a luckdb account is straightforward, but it comes with obligations. The information you provide at registration forms the foundation of your relationship with luckdb and directly affects your ability to deposit, withdraw, and claim bonuses.

When you register a luckdb account, you agree to provide your legal full name, a valid and active email address, a mobile phone number (Bangladeshi numbers accepted), your date of birth, and a strong unique password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

luckdb strongly recommends that all players complete full KYC verification as early as possible after registration — ideally before making a first deposit. Completing verification proactively ensures that your first withdrawal request is processed without delay. Documents required for full verification include:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card preferred for Bangladesh residents)
• A selfie holding the same ID document
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your name and residential address
• For withdrawals to mobile money accounts: confirmation that the mobile number registered on luckdb matches the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account to which the withdrawal is directed

luckdb reserves the right to refuse registration, close an account, or withhold withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has provided false or misleading information, is attempting to create a duplicate account, or is acting in breach of any provision of this Agreement. Where an account is closed for regulatory or fraud-prevention reasons, luckdb will attempt to return the real money balance to the verified deposit source, minus any applicable handling costs.

Deposits & Withdrawals

luckdb supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.

Players may only withdraw funds that have been won through legitimate gameplay and are not subject to pending wagering requirements. Where a player holds both a real money balance and a bonus balance, real money funds are used first for wagering unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms. luckdb is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking intermediaries, or mobile network operators.

Bonuses & Promotions

luckdb offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by luckdb, unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements on luckdb range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Uncompleted bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The welcome bonus (if active) is available to each new player once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once — through multiple accounts, different payment methods, or shared devices — will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonus winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus balance is active, maximum bet limits may apply. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled and any associated winnings being voided.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions: luckdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the luckdb platform. These rules apply across all product verticals, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and instant win games.

Sportsbook & Cricket Betting: All sports bets placed on luckdb — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to luckdb's sportsbook rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. luckdb reserves the right to restrict bet sizes, void bets placed after an event has commenced without in-play betting being explicitly offered, and cancel markets where there is evidence of data corruption, match abandonment, or result ambiguity. In-play cricket betting is subject to the outcome of the specific ball, over, or session as adjudicated by the relevant cricket board's official scorecard.

Casino Games: All casino games on luckdb — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO; live tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — are governed by the rules embedded within each game supplied by the respective provider. luckdb does not modify game mechanics, RNG algorithms, or RTP settings. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on luckdb and the result recorded by the game provider's server, the provider's server record shall take precedence.

Technical Errors: In the event of a platform malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that disrupts a game session, luckdb will attempt to resolve the issue by reference to the game provider's server logs. Bets placed during a verified technical error may be voided and stakes returned. luckdb is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

luckdb maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent activity, cheating, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited.

• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials. Any deposit identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account closed immediately.
• Money Laundering: Using luckdb to launder funds of any origin. luckdb complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game environment.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any form of mechanical advantage to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or software error to obtain funds or advantages that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Any winnings gained through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Match Fixing or Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of match outcomes, or participating in any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event offered on luckdb.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your luckdb account credentials with any other person, or allowing another person to operate your account. Each account is for the sole use of the registered player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a payment provider without first raising the matter with luckdb support. Unjustified chargebacks constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action to recover funds.

Where luckdb identifies or reasonably suspects any of the above prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonus balances, withhold or recover any withdrawals made within the preceding 90 days that are linked to the prohibited conduct, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Account Suspension & Closure

Both luckdb and the player have the right to close a luckdb account, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations that arose before the date of closure.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your luckdb account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any real money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, luckdb's support team can assist you with self-exclusion options and will ensure your account is flagged to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Closure by luckdb: luckdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player
• Detection that the player is under 18 years of age
• Account inactivity (no login) for a continuous period of 12 months or more — in which case luckdb will notify the player by email before applying any dormancy policy to remaining balances

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. By continuing to use luckdb after this date, you confirm your acceptance of the current version of this Agreement.
